Emotional health matters.

Yet often we find ourselves feeling alone and overwhelmed, struggling with emotions and relationships and falling short of what we dearly want for ourselves. This is when we need someone to help make sense of difficult and complicated feelings.

Psychoanalytic psychotherapy, and psychoanalysis, helps us understand and resolve emotional struggles within a safe and professional therapeutic relationship.

Meet Christina

Christina Connell BA Dipl TCPP RP

“I’ve been working in therapeutic relationships for the past 30 years with adults, adolescents, children, couples and families. It is an honour to help my clients come to a more balanced place in their lives. I am moved to see them find the strength to talk about difficult feelings – sometimes for the very first time – and privileged to have their trust as we move through this extraordinary process.”
